Conveyors and separation equipment keep the whole line moving, feeding material smoothly between shredders, raspers and grinders. The range spans conveyors, cross belt magnets, eddy current systems and vibration tables, sourced as part of Eilbeck Shredders’ turnkey systems and configured to suit the required application.

Product	Description	Best For
Conveyors	Move material smoothly between each stage of the line, keeping shredders, raspers and grinders feeding without a bottleneck.	Linking processing stages and transferring output through to screening or resale.
Cross belt magnets	Positioned above the line, cross belt magnets pull ferrous metal out of the material stream before it reaches downstream equipment.	Removing steel wire, fasteners and other ferrous contaminants from tyre and mixed waste lines.
Eddy Current Systems	Using a rotating magnetic field, eddy current separators eject non-ferrous metals like aluminium and copper from the material stream.	Recovering non-ferrous metals from e-scrap, cables and mixed waste processing.
Vibration tables	Vibration tables agitate and stratify material by density and size, separating heavier fractions from lighter ones.	Fine separation and grading ahead of screening or resale, particularly for rubber and plastics.
